Founding Partner David Torchin, Esq. will be a featured presenter at the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (NJ-AFCC) 25th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, September 27, 2025. The event will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the Somerset Hills Hotel in Warren, New Jersey. David will present “Reframing Best Interests of Children: How Do Presumptions of Shared Parenting Address That Need?”

David is a certified mediator and collaborative divorce attorney with extensive experience in matters such as child custody, adoption, prenuptial agreements, and other complex family law issues. He regularly delivers continuing legal education seminars and lectures across New Jersey and is widely recognized for his experience and leadership in family law.
