Scott W. Orr is a founding partner of Torchin Martel Orr LLC, where he helps clients take control of their family law matters so they can make informed decisions and own their outcome.
He focuses his practice on divorce, custody, support, and complex financial issues. Scott has been on all sides of the process, whether as an attorney, as a mediator, or as a participant, which gives him a unique and practical understanding of not only the legal issues involved but also the personal and financial realities that come with them.
His approach is straightforward: resolve amicably what should be resolved and be fully prepared to advocate when it is not.
